LEANNA PACKARD
Born and bred in Wooster, Ohio Leanna’s introduction to the equine world came through riding horses which even today remains her passion. Leanna graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in History, International Studies and French. After graduation Leanna relocated to the horse capital of the world Lexington, Kentucky to pursue a career in the Thoroughbred industry. Leanna joined Richland Hills where she was in charge of Nominations and Sales. She also helped run the affairs of the office. In 2012 Leanna broadened her horizons and came to Australia to do a sales season with Eliza Park. Leanna then returned back to Lexington to join the team at North America’s largest stallion farm, WinStar Farm where she held the position of Marketing and StableMates Coordinator. Leanna’s global exposure, broad understanding of the stallion business and rounded knowledge will be a big asset to Newgate Farm.
