The growing regard for our exciting young sire Tassort was seen again at the Magic Millions National Weanling Sale this week with all eight of his weanlings offered being sold and three fetched $100,000 or more.
The top seller for Tassort was a filly from metro winning Snitzel mare The Seductress that made $140,000 for Amarina Farm when bought by Sledmere Stud/Cangon Stud Farm.
She is a half-sister to smart Brutal two year-old Lead Me On, who won the $500,000 Magic Millions Debut for colts and geldings at the Gold Coast in January.
Tassort has sired eight winners from 20 starters headed by Group I winner Manaal and stands at the increased fee of $38,500 this spring.
